Angamaly, February 24: The canonical visit which began on 12th February concluded on 24th February 2024. The visit was a time of encouragement, communion, fraternity and retrospection. Fr General’s fruitful intervention through his presence in different formation communities encouraged the formees and confreres alike. He could also meet many confreres and hear them with paternal care and concern. There were occasions of sharing of joy. The gathering of priests was an occasion where Fr Bruno and confreres could see each other and that encouraged the esteem of the QP. Fr Bruno and Fr Brizio also visited Bishop Raphael Thatiil and Bishop Jose Porunnedom at their residences. He could also mingle with Rogate Charity Lay leaders and Rogationist Ex-Alumni groups. Fr Bruno appreciated their continuous witnessing of Rogate. The presence of Fr Bruno and Fr Brizio with school students and staff added the joy in them. Fr Bruno also distributed the new English version of the Rogationist at Prayer, printed in India, to the formees and the confreres. Setting good memories and moments of joy, they left for Italy on 24th morning, after completing the official visit to India.
