21/12/2023, Aluva: The reception of the Minor Orders of Karoyusa (Lectorate) and Heupadiakanusa (Acolytate) of 10 brothers of STQP was done today at 9.00 am at Rogate Ashram Chapel, Aluva. There were four candidates for Karoyusa and Six, for Heupadiakanusa. The reception of the orders was preceded by three days’ immediate preparation for the brothers by Rev. Fr Christy, Vattakkuzhy Capuchin. The minor orders were conferred by the gracious personality of Bishop Emeritus Thomas Chakiath. Fr Shajan Pazhayil served as Archdeacon and Fr Aneesh Kannampuzha as concelebrant, during the celebration. Fr Aneesh welcomed all to Rogate Ashram and to the function, with that the celebration begun without Holy Eucharist, as a separate function. Congratulations Brothers!!!
